SARA'S ASTROLOGICAL REPORT FOR SEPTEMBER
The Sun is in Virgo the first part of September. Virgo is a practical sign. Ruled by Mercury they can live in their heads. They can be materialistic but more out of worry they may not have what they need if they don't save and plan for the future. Usually they are very neat and clean and can over do it it some cases. They love attention to detail and make great researchers. They have a need to help and are good in any of the health fields and also make good accountants. They can be nags and need to pay attention to this. They also can be very critical of others, but can be harder on themselves than they are on other people. One lesson is to realize perfection isn't necessary! Usually they love sugar and sweets and need to be careful as diabetes is a Virgo health problem. Another problem is bowels. Lots of fiber and water. The Sun goes into Libra on Friday the 22nd at 2.02pm. This will be the Autumnal Equinox. Days have been getting shorter and now we are noticing the year turning to winter. This is the beginning of the harvest season. The Full Moon is on Wednesday the 6th at 1.03 am in Pisces. The moon is ruled by Neptune. Moon in Pisces is the sign when people are the most dreamy, disconnected and just want to drift and daydream. This is just fine. Some our best ideas, direction to end up going in life and be found in our daydreams. Be careful of drinking or drugging too much. Do pay attention to where you are if not at home. This can be a very spiritual time. Sometimes past lives can be vaguely remembered while just meditating. The New Moon is on Tuesday the 19th at 11.30pm in Virgo. This is a time for being practical. A great time to organize and clean. A wonderful time to start or work on clearing out any junk, old stuff no longer used, or just a general clearing to not have so much stuff cluttering up the life. Anything detail oriented, balancing checkbooks or working on jigsaw puzzles or word games to sharpen the mind. Pluto went retrograde on April 20th. Pluto is an interesting planet if you can call it that. Some say yes, some say no. I call it the dirty little ice ball with delusions of grandeur. Pluto gets more power than it should for such a dinky little whatever it is! Where it is in the chart, and how it is aspected, indicates where a person has control issues. When it is retrograde this intensifies. And since it is retrograde for about half the year, every year, it is something that should be looked at in the chart. You will often read it is about transformation and how it will help achieve a higher consciousness. This is true, but first we must let go of the control issue. We cannot control another, we can only guide and be a good example. Situations can seem to be controlled, but we still get blindsided. The Full Moon is a time of completion. Look for the energy to get rid of bad habit and to let go of the past and complete projects in the next two weeks. The New Moon is a time of new beginnings and the next two weeks are good for bringing in the energy for moving forward with life. This is a time to start new projects. The New Moon and the Full Moon's can give indications of things happening in you chart. Check where it is in your chart for guidance. With Eclipses it can have lasting effects. SARA'S THOUGHTS

The eclipse was awesome! I went to
Glenrock. A tiny town 4 miles off the interstate and only two tiny
motels and a small RV campground. I went up to Casper and it was such a
mess, I stayed in Glenrock for the eclipse. I went to the city park and
the incredible crowd of all 10 of us watched. I loved the light fading,
the birds and squirrels getting confused and the crescents on the
sidewalk.
I
have gotten the hawk with the hose enough times now, he is avoiding our
yard. The hummingbirds are just all over the place. We have quite an
ecosystem out there. Crickets, bees, flowers, butterflies, etc etc. It
is wonderful to sit out there and just breathe in the life. I just don't
get the lawns and sterile grass the neighbors have. Our creepers are
mostly surviving. My poor husband goes out every morning and picks all
the horrible Japanese beetles off them. They do not belong in our
ecosystem and we simply cannot poison them. It would destroy everything
else. I have a trap for them, but have heard mixed things about using
them. The bees are doing fine. Soon it will be time to get them ready
for winter.
We can feel the year winding down and soon it will be time to start
putting the garden and the bees to bed for the winter. But we will enjoy
every minute of the fall. Next week we can go driving in the mountains
and watch fall happening there.
Take
a moment to
appreciate
life. Are you
spending all
your time
working? Have
you forgotten
how to have
fun? Now is
the time to
make those
memories for
later. Tell
your loved
ones you love
them. Life is
short and we need to appreciate it even when there are challenges and
not let them overwhelm us. Don't let fear keep you from having a good
time with life. Work your job and don't forget to play and be happy.
When things go wrong just see them as glitches and move on.
When you have a moment, make a list of all your blessings. All the good things in your life. It is so easy to dwell on the negative. Smile. Smiling can actually change your mood for the positive.
