SARA'S ASTROLOGICAL REPORT FOR JULY

The Sun is in Cancer the first part of July. Cancer people have an extreme depth of emotion. They love family and and can be good parents. Though they may have trouble letting go and letting their children grow up!

They can be moody as they are ruled by the moon. They can pick up emotions from others around them. They can be intuitive, loyal and can go very nostalgic. They love to feed people.

They can be afraid of not having enough and can go into hoarding, especially food. cancer rules the stomach and digestive and people with cancer in their charts anywhere have the highest amount of food intolerance issues. If you have stomach issues, find out what you are intolerant to and you probably won't need all those anti acids!

The Sun goes into Leo on Wednesday, July 22, at 2.37 am Denver time.

The Full Moon is on Saturday July 4th at 10.44 pm in Capricorn. This is also an eclipse. This can be a time of growth on the physical plane. Practical matters, working hard to get ahead. Planning for the future is all indicated at this time.

It can also be a time to own your own emotions. And to take responsibility for them. If you have been blaming others, take a look and see if maybe you need to change your course.

The New Moon is on Monday July 20, at 11.32 am in Cancer. Emotional fluctuations may be happening at this point. Emotionally is a time to let go of the past and move into the future. Home and family are usually highlighted at this time, but with everything going on as it is, it is especially on focus now.

July Full Moon:
Traditionally, the Full Moon for July is called the Full Buck Moon because a buck’s antlers are in full growth mode at this time. This full Moon was also known as the Thunder Moon because thunderstorms are so frequent during this month.

The Full Moon Names we use in The Old Farmer’s Almanac come from Native American tribes, Colonial Americans, or other traditional North American names passed down through generations. (Note that each full Moon name was applied to the entire lunar month in which it occurred.) - Farmer's Almanac

The Full Moon is a time of completion. Look for the energy to get rid of bad habit and to let go of the past and complete projects in the next two weeks.

The New Moon is a time of new beginnings and the next two weeks are good for bringing in the energy for moving forward with life. This is a time to start new projects.

The New Moon and the Full Moon's can give indications of things happening in you chart. Check where it is in your chart for guidance. With Eclipses it can have lasting effects.

Retrogrades:

Mercury retrograde in Cancer: June 18 to July 12th There could be some miscommunications with the members of the family or tensions between relatives under Mercury retrograde in Cancer. Though it can be a good time to reconnect with a member of the family, with whom we haven’t been in touch for a long time.

This is a good time to connect with our subconscious and deal with unresolved issues.

It is not a good time to sign contracts or do things that require relying on verbal promises. I did find out last time it is NOT a good time to get glasses with a new doctor who it turned out didn't understand a word you said. Long sad story and three remakes on the glasses.

Jupiter retrograde in Capricorn: May 14th to Sept 12th. This is a time to examine your morality, outdated belief systems, and the very structures of your life. Jupiter will go direct on September 13th, 2020. You will then be given the opportunity to move forward with more clarity as you seek the life of abundance that aligns with your authentic expression of self. It is hard to move forward with things while Jupiter is in Capricorn. This is a time to consolidate what you have and plan what to do when it does go direct. You can have a better foundation.

Saturn retrograde in Aquarius: ending in Capricorn May 11th to September 12th. Aquarius rules the unusual, freedom and moving forward. Capricorn will slow down a lot of this. It goes along with the Jupiter of assessing the life and where to go and what to do next.

Neptune retrograde in Pisces: June 22 to Nov 28th in Pisces. this time can disintegrate the structures that have been defining our identity. As old patterns and boundaries dissolve, it can feel as if we’re opening to messages from far outside our known reality while simultaneously facing disillusionment with the way things have been. The familiar can be changed into new patterns. It can lead to depression, but the change could be good in the long run. We can make our lives better than before.

SARA'S THOUGHTS

The garden is in full bloom and working on the front now. Whoever told us that rocks were no maintenance was an idiot. The flowers are just beautiful. California poppies have been popping up and I am so entranced, we bought some to put other places.
We miss going to the mountains, but with what is going on we are just exploring the area parks.

Stay safe, be compassionate and kind to all living beings. Hate can spread so fast, but love and kindness can too.

I am only doing phone readings for now. I take credit and debit cards. I am still $1 a minute. I saw an ad for readings at $50 minimum for a half hour and $100 for an hour. I will never do that.

Luka is now 11 months old. Classes have resumed for training, which we desperately need! He is an opinionated stubborn little guy!

I do have a Facebook page called Astrology and Tarot By Sara. I have been posting my newsletter there each month. I think if "liked" you get anything I post, but not sure. I think I might start posting a bit and see how it goes. It doesn't seem to have a friend button.

Take a moment to appreciate life. Are you spending all your time working? Have you forgotten how to have fun? Now is the time to make those memories for later. Tell your loved ones you love them. Life is short and we need to appreciate it even when there are challenges and not let them overwhelm us. Don't let fear keep you from having a good time with life. Work your job and don't forget to play and be happy. When things go wrong just see them as glitches and move on.

When you have a moment, make a list of all your blessings. All the good things in your life. It is so easy to dwell on the negative. Smile. Smiling can actually change your mood for the positive.
